Refund Policy

If you received a damaged or an incorrect item, or you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at Bookaholics.

We’re here to amicably resolve any issues with your order. If you wish to return a book to us for refund, please communicate with us within 3 business days from the date that you receive the order and state the nature of your dissatisfaction, with images, preferably.

You have 7 business days to return the item from the date you received it.

For valid returns to be refunded, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it, along with proof of purchase.

Once received, we will inspect the item to assess the nature of your dissatisfaction. If approved, your item will be refunded within 7 working days.

You will pay the cost of shipping your returned item to us.

The refund will cover the actual amount paid for the products, not inclusive of shipping cost.

As for refunds related to non-receipt of order, we will confirm with the courier company regarding the non-delivery. We will then proceed to claim on behalf of the customer from the courier company for a full refund of the order value, including shipping fees paid.
