The rediscovery of Grand Mage Flamme’s notes has given Frieren and Fern a new purpose—travelling to the Northern wilds in search of the fabled Heaven. Ominously, that region is now the location of the demons’ stronghold, and to survive, they’ll need additions to their party… As they enter the Northern Lands, the first signs of demon manipulation become worryingly apparent, and Frieren is imprisoned for attacking one…?!
